CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 50% of the total fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs after confirmation.
  • 100% of the total fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 30 calendar days or less of the first day of the hire or production.

DAMAGE & LOSS:

It is the hirer's responsibility to safeguard the equipment on site from the time it is delivered until it is collected, and to ensure a safe, accessible, and hazard-free working environment for our technicians during delivery, setup, and on-site operation (if these services are included in this proposal). In the event of damage or loss caused by event attendees, venue staff, or third-party vendors, the client agrees to cover the repair, replacement, or applicable insurance excess costs as outlined in our full Terms & Conditions.
